Claims & Returns
ALL CREDIT CARDS ARE VERIFIED PRIOR TO PROCESSING
We also maintain a vigilant fraud prevention program for your protection. Credit card information must be entered correctly or the order will be voided. If the “ship to” and “bill to” addresses do not match, the “ship to” address must be on file with your credit card company as an “alternate” address that we can verify. You can add your shipping address simply by calling your card issuer and having them add the alternate address. We reserve the right to void any order that we feel may be fraudulent.
CLAIMS AND SHORTAGES
Claims for shortages must be made within 1 day of receipt by calling 754-225-2883. Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be made with shipper. If items are delivered damaged, don’t accept and call the shipper immediately for a pick up. Defective merchandise must be returned to the respective manufacturer. Warranties for each item are available from the prospective manufacturer. We do not warranty any items sold here within, we only act as a middle man between the manufacturers and customers. Used, or defaced goods will not be accepted for return.
RETURNS
If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us about it before you place your order. This will prevent unwanted purchases and unwanted returns. Returns will only be accepted after authorization from Blue Ocean Marine Equipment. We reserve the right to determine what items we will accept for returns, and not all items that we carry will meet this determination. You are welcome to clarify if the item you are purchasing is returnable prior to purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship “authorized” returns back to Blue Ocean Marine Equipment via USPS Priority Mail Insured with delivery confirmation, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, along with the original shipping charges. We will not pay for the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part in the original shipment. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Credits will be applied to customers credit cards once the item is returned in ‘new’ and ‘unused’ condition. All ‘returnable’ items must be in resalable condition in their original (undestroyed) packaging. Please forward any questions to us at sales@blueoceanmarineequipment.com.
Note: Special orders, orders for items that are not regularly stocked, and monofilament orders are non-returnable.
